Asking for a friend?

My friend doesn%26#039;t receive foodstamps any longer due to the fact that the unemployment rate in her town has gone down. She works and is happy with her job, but is growing low on food. She goes to the soup kitchen and can only go to the food pantry once a month.

She asked me if there was anything else she could do besides going to the church for help.

I really want to help her, but I%26#039;m at a loss for ideas so I was wondering if anyone has some other suggestions or websites to go to. Thanks so much for your help.

If she is part of a church or organization if she asks for help or you put your friends name for help...they might reach out and supply more food by taking donations at the church.

get a part time job....maybe at a restaurant. That way she might get a discount or some places even offer free meals while at work. Might help. WHen I went to college I had to work three jobs to make ends meet. If your hungry enough....you will work more.
