I am doing a project about the rates of unemployment. I have a couple ideas on how to begin making steps to improve the unemployment rates such as job fairs and make government laws harder, laws that are pertaining to any financial assistance, but I am open to anything you guys want to recommend.

Start from young; a good education would be a good foundation to secure jobs. Encourage organisations to employ older workers, train/upgrade staffs%26#039; skills to leverage on new technologies.

The employment rate at your town. May already be at its current level of full employment. If so, Your goal would be to raise the Potential Full Employment level, by raising your towns Potential Output.
An Increase of Investment Capital - to increase supply of jobs
Increasing Technology. - to produce more at the same quantity of inputs.
If your below the potential of full employment.
Increase Technology
Increase Capital per Labor
This is just a vague thoery. There are pros and cons to everything.
