One of the indicators of a recession is higher unemployment rates. Higher unemployment rates lead to more poverty. Recessions are unavoidable and occur every other generation. Not necessrily the Aryan Brotherhood but it will cause tension relating to jobs and whatnot. People will probably be more agitate to see a particular race taking %26quot;their%26quot; job.
